Fantastic local trace this morning, lucky with the weather again. Took it (fairly) easy, just wanted to start up-ing my race distances. Ran with Lizzie until the final descent, which was not a problem on the uphills, but I had to put a bit of effort in on the flat sections! Sprint finish at the end, to sneak in 11th place. Lizzie was just 30 seconds behind as first female (14th overall). Full results.
